Our 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sofia Romano. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will process all returns and refunds within 5 business days once we receive your returned item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • Condition: The item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached (tags must not be removed), and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the product has a quality issue (defective or damaged), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • International Returns: Please note that we are an international seller with warehouses based in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Return shipping may incur higher costs and longer transit times.
  • Customs and Duties: Any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

We strive for excellence, but if there's a problem with your order:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, let us know promptly to resolve the issue.

In cases of defects, damages, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • The fastest way is to initiate a return for the original item following the steps above.
  • Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

Refunds
